Its founding stone was laid down by Bertalan Farkas in 1988, who is the only Hungarian astronaut so far. From its tower, several chimes (at 12:05, 16:05 and 21:05) amuse those walking by every day. The ceremonial hall of the office is located in this building, which can take in 200 people and hosts many cultural events.
