The Lake is a valuable and rare natural treasure with the surrounded swaps and marshy pastures. The Berki Promenade presents its fauna and flora with a length of 2.5 kilometers which starts from the end of the street – at the outfall – opposite to the Festetics Day Spa. Next to the walking path 4 information boards, tables and benches were installed. A bird watch was also built for the nature lovers. It is excellent for Nordic Walking trips as well. It is a special feeling in the winter to make a canoe trip on the 12 kilometers long channel – which comes from the Lake’s warm water – in a marvelous natural environment until Fenékpuszta.
