Equipment of air-conditioned apartments:
Our air-conditioned apartments are 45-65 square meters in size, with one or two bedrooms. Comfortable for 2-3-4 people.
Spacious sunny living room: Comfortable living room sofa, armchair, satellite – cable LCD TV, unlimited free WI-FI internet access, safe, floor lamp, coat rack, central heating. Our guests can watch the broadcast on optical cable and satellite TV (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Czech, Serbian, etc.). The apartment has air conditioning (HUF 4,000/day = 10 EUR), which can be used for a separate fee if required. Each apartment has a room safe. Blinds and mosquito nets provide additional comfort. Our guests can use the wireless WIFI Internet network for free.
Well-equipped kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, microwave, electric hob, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishes, etc.
In the bedrooms: there is a comfortable double bed. In the cozy beds, there is a 180×200 cm double bed, Memória – orthopedic medical mattresses guarantee a calm and healthy rest, which is also helped by the clean air of Hévíz. The wardrobe and chest of drawers offer enough space for clothes even during several weeks of rest.
Bathroom: WC + sink and shower.
The apartment has its own south-facing balcony, which our guests particularly like.

The prices are valid per night and per apartment, 2 or For 3 or 4 people.
Minimum stay of 3 nights.
The apartments can be occupied from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. If you want to use the apartment until 12:00 on the day of your departure, we will charge you an additional fee of (HUF 8,000 = EUR: 20) which you must pay. Please let us know in advance if you are arriving after 18:00! Only registered guests can stay in our apartments!

* We provide our guests with bed linen and towels for the house, please bring a towel for the thermal lake.
* We provide bed linen and towels in the apartment and for home use.
* We offer our guests cheaper tickets to the thermal bath.
* Our guests usually receive a 10% discount by presenting our key ring at the service partners of the Hévíz Room Rentals Association (restaurants, cafes, etc.)!
* Our partners’ current offers. Discounted 3-hour lake bath tickets, 10 (+1) and 20 (+2) hour lake bath passes with extra bathing time.
* Ask your family doctor for a referral to a rheumatologist!
* A member of the Association of Room Rentals, we offer our guests additional discounts, e.g. discounted use of the services of hairdressers, beauticians, opticians and restaurants.
* Massage Reflexology massage can be used in-house, by prior arrangement.
